Terms for online auctions for Caplan's Auction. By accepting the Terms & Conditions you acknowledge you are entering into a legal and binding contract. You agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth. Everything is sold "As Is", "Where Is" with absolutely no expressed or implied warranty whatsoever. Any changes in details of the auction made prior to day of sale take precedence over any previous term. Bidder bears full responsibility for inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions, photos and statements made or offered by sellers or auction staff is deemed correct but is not guaranteed. By bidding on the item you hsve agreed to accept that item in its present condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bids may not be retracted for any reason. Upon registering all bidders are required to give full name, address, phone number and email address. A valid credit card is required to register. Your credit card will be verified, a $1 verification ping will be done to make sure the card is active. The pending $1 charge will fall off in a few days. If you are claiming tax exempt please email it to caplansauctions@gmail.com Bidder and guests assume all risks with removal day(s). Bidder and guests shall be deemed to be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and the conduct of the third third parties and the Bidder shall advise his agents and employees Bidder and guests agree to indemnity Caplans Auction of any and all liability regardless of negligence. Once the auction is complete and the Bidder has won the bid, the Bidder is responsible for merchandise and for full and complete payment. Non-payment or fradualent bidding will be subject to legal recourse. Should the Bidder not pay for merchandise, the Bidder shall be responsible for any remaining balance, any collection costs, attorney fees, employee costs and maximum allowable interest and service charges.

Welcome to Caplan's Auction Co. This week we are hosting an online exclusive estate auction. Bidding begins at 7:00pm on October 28th. Bidding begins to end at 7:00pm on Wednesday November 4th. Lots will close every minute in numerical order. We are offering two in person preview times. The first is on SUnday November 1st from 12:00pm-4:00pm. At that tme we also invite you to stay for a live in person auction at 4:30pm. The second preview date is on Wednesday November 4th from 3:00pm-6:00pm. At that time we also invite you stay for a live in person book auction at 6:30pm. If you are tax exempt please put that in the notes at registration. Pick up dates are Thursday November 5th from 10:00am-2:00pm or Sunday November 8th from 12:00pm-4:00pm.
