PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. If you intend to pay by cash, or local check, please include a note to the auctioneer at registration, or your credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.

LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 45 W Carey Street Knightstown, IN On Tuesday November 3 by scheduled pickup. Between the Hours of 8:30 Noon and 6:00PM, and Wednesday November 4 8:30-3:00. Please bring any boxes, packing materials, tools, moving equipment, and loading labor you might need.
Shipping Arrangements must be made through our office. Items not picked up by Monday November 9, 2020 will be considered abandoned, and will be sold for storage. If you can not make this pick up window please DO NOT BID!
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court ordered sale are subject to court approval.
