1.) All Sales are Final. Chandler's Auction House does not guarantee, imply or warranty any item. Please do your due diligence through our preview periods. 2.) All sales are subject to 8.00% NYS Sales Tax unless provided with a sales tax exemption prior to payment. This is the buyers responsibility to provide to Chandler's Auction House. 3.) It is the buyers responsibility to arrange pick up of winning bids within one week from the end of the Auction. Thereafter, each item is subject to a $3.00 per day storage fee. Any item not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned, and shall become the property of Chandler's Auction House, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. 4.) All monies owed Chandler's Auction House shall be paid prior to items being picked up. 5.) There is a 14% Buyers Premium with a 4% Discount if paid in Cash. 6.) Checks will only be permitted on a pre-approval basis, and all returned checks are subject to a $45.00 fee. 7.) We will ship any item(s) that can fit into a box at true cost with a $10.00 per package processing fee. It is the buyers repsonsibilty to arrange shipping for large items. 8.)
