All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warrenty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates. If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. COVID ------- Due to COVID and CDC Guidlines, C2 Management will be limiting pickup and inspection to 3 customers in the facility at a time. All customers waiting are asked to stay in their vehicle until a staff member is available to assist. All customers are asked to follow social distancing protocols and are REQUIRED to wear a mask on the auction premises. If you do not have a mask, you will not be allow to enter the facility.
