This auction is from a house in Sheridan CA and pick up will be at the house in Sheridan, CA. Please don't bid if you cannot pick up on the dates. Shipping will be available if you notify us by email (john@tpauctions.com) before the pick up date. Inspection: Tuesday October 27th by appointment. Email John at john@tpauctions.com to make an appointment. Pick up will be Friday October 30th 10 AM to 2 PM and Saturday October 31st 10 AM to 2 PM. All items not picked up by Saturday October 31st, 2 PM, will be considered abandoned. This house has to be empty Saturday.
