All items sell AS-IS with no guarantees or warrantees of any kind expressed or implied. Buyers are invited to inspect all items on November 1 between 2pm and 4pm and must rely on that inspection to make determinations related to item value.
A 10% Buyers Premium is added to the final bid of each item to determine the final selling price. For example, a final bid of $100 will result in a final selling price of $110.
Auction will begin closing at 7pm on Sunday, November 8. Each item will have a staggered closing time so that not all items will close at the same exact moment. Items receiving bids in the last 2 minutes will have their bidding time extended by another 2 minutes. This will continue until no further bids are entered in the final 2 minutes.
Participate in the auction closing by entering the LIVE CATALOG portion. This area will update the bids in real time. If you are not in the LIVE CATALOG you will not see the bids update and you may believe you have won an auction lot that you were outbid on.
Items MUST be picked up and paid for on Monday, November 9 between 1pm and 5pm, by appointment. A load out link will be emailed to each winning bidder. The link allows you to choose a load out time that is convenient for you between 1pm and 5pm.
We will accept cash, check or credit card at load out. Please indicate your method of payment in the registration portion so that we may charge registered credit cards after the auction. A 3% service charge is added to all credit card transactions.
All bids are binding. Do not bid if you cannot complete the transaction by the terms outlined in this agreement.
There is NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION.
Any and all disputes shall be litigated in Otsego County, Michigan.

Auction to settle the estate of Bernard Swartz. This auction includes numerous exotic mounts, firearms, tools, TV's, 4x4 ATV's, snowmobiles, a GMC 4x4 and more. Items can be inspected from 2-4pm on Sunday, November 1. Auction will begin closing on November 8 at 7pm.
There is a 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price. All items must be picked up BY APPOINTMENT on Monday, November 9 between 1pm and 5pm. There is limited cell service at the auction location, so please plan ahead and make necessary arrangements to have your items removed during your designated time. A sign up link will be emailed to winning bidders to choose your designated load out time. 1 AS-IS and INSPECTION You are buying these items AS-IS, without guarantees or warrantees.
