STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 5th, 2020. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 20 seconds after that. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last two minutes on that lot. SHIPPING: Schneider Auctioneers LLC WILL NOT offer shipping for this auction. You must pick up items yourself or send your own shipper after payment has been made. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 3% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $103.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include: -New bidders (bidders that have not purchased from us before) that spend over $2,000 must pay by bank wire transfer or cash. We will email you our bank wire transfer information the morning after the auction. -Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3% convenience fee). We do not accept credit or debit cards on transactions over $2,000. -Check with proper ID. Checks over $2,000 must be pre-approved by auction company. -Bank wire transfer -Cash -Payment must be made when items are picked up or before you send your shipper. SALES TAX: Some items being sold in this auction (items that do not qualify for the agriculture sales tax exemption) require sales tax of 6.975% to be charged and will be noted as such in their description. Titled vehicles may require sales tax to be charged at the time of registration in the buyer's licensing jurisdiction. Sellers that have items consigned to this auction are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. The Auction Company reserves the right to privately disclose to competing bidders who the competing or winning bidder is on a specific lot or lots if they request that information, but only after the auction has ended. In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
