SELLING ORDER:  Selling from 2 households located right across the street from each other.  Vehicles sells 1^st @ 4:27pm then will split into 2 Auction Rings.  Ring #1 will proceed to Furniture (furniture will be sold on 1^st floor in the homes/garages so if inclement weather furniture will be inside & smalls under the tent), Appliances & Household.  Ring #2 will offer Tools, Lawn & Garden, Box Lots and From the Garage.  Plan to attend and tell or bring a friend.  This is only a partial listing much more will be uncovered prior to auction day.

PARKING:  Plenty of parking just off Monroe St in the old factory parking lots.  Come up over RR bridge on St Rt 269 S and turn left on Cherry Blvd go to stop sign turn left parking lots will be on your right just past Miles Ave, just across from the cemetery.

AUTO (selling 1^st @ 4:27pm):  2003 Mercury Marquis GS, 4 door, cloth interior, only 21,300 original miles, all power on drivers side (like new).  One Owner car, very low miles.  As the saying goes drove to church on Sunday and for groceries on Monday and a few places in between.  There are a couple a scrapes but is in very, very nice condition and always well cared for and parked in the garage.
