Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday October 23rd at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of 80125 Belle River Road Memphis, MI 48041 during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged.

Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers is pleased to announce that we have been chosen by the family of this estate to sell the assets of the estate by public online auction. This is a well known home in the area. The home is a Centennial Farm and has been in the family for well over 100 years.
In this auction you will find Numerous antique and vintage items. Furniture, tools, pneumatic tools, air painting tools, New tools never used, primitives, household goods, vintage automotive items, antique & vintage glass, and so much more. We encourage you to attend the open house as the pictures do not do justice to many items in this auction and there is a lot here. Lot 400 and above are on the second floor of the home with the exception of the last lot on the trailer.
Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday October 20th from 2:00 pm until 7:00pm EST. This will be the only time the items are available for viewing before the auction ends. Viewing again will be at the above address 80125 Belle River Road Memphis, MI 48041. A mask will be required when viewing items in the home.
Pick up date and times are Thursday October 22nd from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Friday October 23rd from 10:am until 4:00pm. No other pick up and payment times will be offered or accepted (unless otherwise noted it item description).
