This is a rush auction. The real estate sold faster than expected. The buyers are taking possession faster than expected. This is a 4000 + SF home on the 14th green on Lake Waco golf course. The seller is moving into a 1000 SF luxury apartment. He isn’t sure what furnishing is he is taking at the time of this printing. This auction will begin with larger items such as pool table and automobile. Please do not be late! However, you can expect many additional items to be added.
