JD Newell Auctioneers, Inc., herein after referred to as the Auctioneer, reserves the right to add to or withdraw from the auction any items listed or not listed, to group individual lots into larger lots for sale, to subdivide lots into smaller lots forsake, or to sell all lots in bulk when it is in the best interest of the Seller. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. All descriptions of items for sale contained or provided orally or in writing at the time of the auction are believed to be correct, but the Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any such description, and hereby specifically disclaims any such warranty. The Buyer agrees that any item successfully bid upon will be paid for by the Buyer immediately following the close of the auction. The Buyer agrees that a bid constitutes acceptance of each and every term and condition, and of any additional terms and conditions which may be posted at the auction or which may be announced by the Auctioneer. The Buyer agrees that in any dispute between the Seller and the Buyer or between competing bidders with any sale at the auction, the auctioneer shall have the right but not the obligation to settle dispute, and the Buyer shall abide by the decision of the Auctioneer, whose decision shall be final with respect to matter. The Buyer agrees to pay the Auctioneer for all liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses including attorneys fees incurred in connection with any dispute or in connection with any claim, litigation, controversy, dispute or proceeding from any purchase by the Buyer or from any subsequent sale to any third party. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AUTO AUCTION Description Seller has no history on vehicle , these are abandoned or impounded vehicles. All vehicles are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION and sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. If we state has keys for car we will list has key. We do not gurantee key. Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Additional information may not be available except through personal inspection at item preview. Vehicle Paperwork: A Storage Lien Packet/Certificate will be issued on the vehicle. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invioce. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. All title paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. Paperwork will be ready the following week available for pickup at our main office in Royse City.
