All purchases sold in as-is condition. We may, at our discretion, provide our opinion as to the condition of items but do so with no guarantee or warranty. Items are available for thorough inspection and bidders are cautioned to inspect prior to placing any bids.
There will be no shipping on this sale, PICKUP ONLY. Any late arrivals for pickup will be subject to a $50 per hour charge with a minimum of $50 subject to Wisconsin Estate Solutions' approval. Any lots or items not picked up during the designated pick up time will be considered abandoned, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Wisconsin Estate Solutions. Additionally, bidder agrees that abandoned lots become property of Wisconsin Estate Solutions and no refunds will be given.
There is 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax applied to all of the lots in this sale as required by State Law. Please note that any items that are fastened, secured, or in any way attached to the house, fixtures, doors, walls, countertops, cupboards, or cabinets are not included unless specifically listed as such. Any dispute regarding this will be at the discretion of the Auctioneer and Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC to determine if it is part of the lot.
Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer. Auctioneer reserves the right to bid.
If you wish to use a different payment method other than what you registered with, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Items not removed on pickup day will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee and will be considered abandoned after 7 days with NO REFUND unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pickup will be available on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from Noon to 5 PM at 213623 Peaceful Lane, Stratford, WI 54484 (formerly known as 820 Fareview Lane, Stratford). If you fail to pick up your items during the designated times your lots will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given.

Bidder shall make any and all determination for value and condition PRIOR to bidding.
A 35% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full by Saturday following auction.
Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Marathon County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees that the liability of Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC shall be limited to the purchase price of a lot. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Marathon County, Wisconsin.
Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.
