The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. The Buyer agrees that any item successfully bid upon will be paid for by the Buyer immediately following the close of the auction. The Buyer agrees that a bid constitutes acceptance of each and every term and condition, and of any additional terms and conditions which may be posted at the auction or which may be announced by the Auctioneer. The Buyer agrees that in any dispute between the Seller and the Buyer or between competing bidders with any sale at the auction, the auctioneer shall have the right but not the obligation to settle dispute, and the Buyer shall abide by the decision of the Auctioneer, whose decision shall be final with respect to matter. The Buyer agrees to pay the Auctioneer for all liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses including attorneys fees incurred in connection with any dispute or in connection with any claim, litigation, controversy, dispute or proceeding from any purchase by the Buyer or from any subsequent sale to any third party. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. If you are from another state please check with your state first and make sure they accept our paperwork before bidding. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. All title paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. No changes to paperwork will be made.
