Please read all terms before bidding. They are located in Auction details. Please call with any questions. Thank you so much for bidding! Please check our terms before you bid. We do charge 10% buyers premium to ensure future auctions. We have lots more Auctions in the works. So be sure and watch our website and Facebook page for UPDATES. You must have a valid driver License and be 18 years old to bid. We do Charge a 10% buyer premium for all online auctions. REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. BUYER PREMIUM: We charge a 10% buyers premium on all online auctions. This is to ensure we can have future Auctons. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction (Up to $1 may be charged to validate your card by Auctionflex when you register). Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. When an auction closes, if you are the winner, you must contact us within 24 hours to arrange a different form of payment. Otherwise, the card that you used to register will be charged the full amount due. If you do not pick up during the alotted time, you will be charged storage fees as stated in the terms of auction. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the full purchase price of the item plus the cost to remove, transport and dispose the item. CONDITIONS OF ITEMS SOLD & OUR ONLINE CATALOGUE: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. No responsibility is assumed by Schoolhouse Auctions or the seller for any errors or omissions. Prices referenced are MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail prices) and can be discounted significantly on the open market so do your own due diligence in researching values. Jewelry Appraisals are provided to us by the consignors and when provided are always insurance value appraisals which are usually much higher than retail values. CLAIMS: No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. Bidders are reminded that all goods are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis PERSONAL & PROPERTY RISKS: We will not be liable for damage or injury to individuals or their property. ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point during the auction. AUCTION RECORDS: In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records. SOFT CLOSE: Items close at regular intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. STRATEGY: Bidding is similar to Ebay type auctions, we recommend that ALL BIDDERS put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid. The software system will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out the under-bidder at the prescribed bid increment. CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. In the event an item was listed in error or an item can't be located during pick up for any reason, the bidder agrees that their maximum recourse is a full refund of the item in question and that all other items bid on remain binding. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY You expressly understand and agree that Schoolhouse Auctions and it's Consignors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service. By bidding you are acknowledging agreement with the terms above. Do not bid unless you agree to all of these terms.

DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, we will be following State Recommended Guidelines. 1.We prefer card. We will accept cash and Check with valid Indiana ID. Please let us know within 24 hours of auction close or we will charge your card. IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT, PLEASE NOTIFY US BEFORE AUCTION CLOSES. 2. Items will be picked up ONLY on Tuesday (10am-2pm) and Wednesday (2pm-7pm). Please call ahead. Items not picked up during these days will be forfeited, and your card will still be charged the full amount. 3. We will only be allowing a limited number of customers in the building. 4.
