Payment Options: , Check, Money Order,Personal Check, Wire Transfer. Unless you are an established customer of ours, credit card purchases are limited to $500.00. Otherwise, you must pay with another method within 7 business days from the completion of the auction.
Payment Instructions: We accept personal checks (takes 7 to 10 days to clear), money orders, wire transfer, and Visa and MasterCard. You will receive an invoice for all lots you won shortly after the auction. Unless you have made other arrangements with us, we will charge your credit card on file for your invoice amount soon after invoices are e-mailed.
Unless you are an established customer, credit card purchases will be limited to $500.00. For purchases in excess of $500, we will contact you for payment via money order, cashier's check, or wire transfer.
Full payment is required prior to delivery of any lot to the buyer. If your credit card is declined, we will process it again the next day. If your credit card is declined again, you will be given three calendar days (72 hours) to make payment arrangements or you will be considered in default, the lots you won are subject to be resold, and you will not be able to register for a future auction. American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company shall not be liable to the bidder for any damages caused to the bidder for failure to pay for their lot(s) within the required time. Any deficiency, together with all expenses and costs of resale, will be the responsibility of the defaulting bidder. In no event shall the amount owed by the defaulting bidder be less than the Buyer's Premium printed on the bidder's original invoice.

Shipping Instructions: All items will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. The Buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and insurance. If the item is heavy or if you wish to ship outside the USA, please contact us for an estimate of shipping costs to your location before you bid so there are no unpleasant surprises. Barring inclement weather or other issues beyond our control, we typically ship all items within 3 to 5 business days following the auction.
Preview Date & Times: This auction will be online only. You may contact the auction company with any questions regarding lots at least 24 hours prior to the auction.
Checkout Date & Times: If you are a winning bidder, we will charge your credit card automatically (up to $500.00) following the auction. If the card is approved, we will ship your items no later than 5 business days following the auction. Upon request, you may pick your items up in person.

All bidders must be pre-approved before they can bid. In most cases, the approval process is automatic. Occasionally, manual intervention is required, and approvals will be handled as quickly as possible. It is possible that requests just prior to or during the live auction may not receive timely attention, so please register as early as possible. If your registration is declined, please contact us at (734) 223-3277 for a reason.
All lots are sold "AS IS" with no warranties. Sales are final with no returns except for reason of authenticity (proof of non-authenticity by either PCGS or NGC is required) or gross description error. There are no returns for disagreements regarding grade. Before a claim for a return for reason of authenticity or gross description error is made, the buyer must contact us within 10 days of the auction date. No returns may be made if notice has not been given to us within this time frame. Any and all costs related to third party authentication shall be borne by the buyer.
We go to great efforts to ensure that all lots are described accurately and thoroughly, and that detailed photos are provided to assist our bidders.
While we make every effort to provide clear and accurate photographs as well as an experienced opinion of grade and description, we DO NOT guarantee the grade or condition of any item. We strongly encourage interested bidders to closely examine photos, read the descriptions, and ask questions about any lot(s) of interest prior to the auction. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance. We use the U.S. Postal Service for shipping. Using our extensive experience, we estimate shipping and insurance costs on invoices sent out after the auction. We are very conservative, as we do not want to overcharge our buyers. If you have questions about shipping options or costs, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
