Bidders are bound by these terms and conditions of sale and the bidder registration form, which is incorporated in and made a part hereof. This auction is being conducted by Paul McInnis LLC Auctioneer (hereinafter referred to as PMLLC, Auction Company or Auctioneer). 1. ONLINE REGISTRATION – Online registration requires a bidder to place a credit card on file. 2. VENUE – This auction is being conducted by way of an online-only, timed auction event to begin on September 30th, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. EST. Bidding will begin to close on Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. EST. 3. LOCATION OF THE COLLECTION: 37 Davis Road, Merrimack, New Hampshire 4. INSPECTION – For Registered Bidders Only – Thursday, October 8th from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Note: Inspections will be conducted in compliance with the NH Covid-19 Guidance recommendations in force at the time of the inspection. Please check website for updates or email: admin@paulmcinnis.com for more information. 5. ABOUT THE COLLECTION – A Merrimack, NH couple are giving up their home and downsizing. The husband was a well know disc jockey in the Boston area for WTTK in the 1970’s and several other locations and he amassed a collection of over 2000 record albums as well as a 45-record collection. Part of the collection include several Beatle albums which are still sealed which makes them more desirable to collectors. They started collecting Coca Cola advertising memorabilia 50 years ago. Early on they got some very good advice from another collector who told them to only by the best in in excellent condition and that is just what they did. It is hoped that you attend the inspection and/or take the time to view the photos carefully (which can be magnified as you move your mouse over them) to determine on your own the condition. We are more than willing to provide verbal descriptions, please request by email to: admin@paulmcinnis.com by providing the lot number and any related question(s), as well as a call-back phone number. 6. TIMED AUCTION EXTENDED BIDDING – A timed auction event refers to the opening and ending time for placing bids. Please note, any time a bid is placed within two minutes of that lot ending, the bid time window will reset to close in two minutes. For example, if lot 1 is scheduled to close at 11:00 and someone places at bid at 10:59:30 the end time will change from 11:00 to 11:01:30. If a bid is placed during that additional two-minute window, it will be extended again, and so on. This is done to prevent bid “sniping.” This process can go on indefinitely. This means that the last lot may closeup to an hour or longer after the scheduled end time for that lot, depending on the activity from the bidders. 7. BUYER’S PREMIUM – 20% (Twenty percent) buyer’s premium added to the high bid price to become the total purchase price. 8. PAYMENT TERMS – Payment in full must be made at the time of pickup by cash, or cashier’s check. MasterCard and Visa credit cards accepted with a card present at time of pickup. Checks are only accepted with an original letter of guarantee addressed to Paul McInnis LLC, which must be approved prior to Wednesday, October 14th. 9. Sale Dates and Times
Sale Terms and Conditions
Paul McInnis LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS The property listed and described in this auction will be offered under the following terms and conditions of sale, such terms and conditions of sale and descriptions of items may be amended, updated or altered at the time and place of sale These terms and conditions of sale and any announcements shall be binding on any bidder or attendee (hereinafter referred to as registered bidder, buyer or attendee), whether present, represented by an agent, any absentee and/or Internet bidders. 9. Bidders are bound by these terms and conditions of sale and the bidder registration form, which is incorporated in and made a part hereof. This auction is being conducted by Paul McInnis LLC Auctioneer (hereinafter referred to as PMLLC, Auction Company or Auctioneer). 1. 8.
