NO EXCEPTIONS** -MUST BE 21 TO PURCHASE HAND GUNS, AND 18 TO PURCHASE LONG GUNS -MUST HAVE VALID PICTURE ID TO PICK UP ANY GUNS -buyers must make sure it is legal to purchase guns or ammo in their state before bidding NO GUN OR AMMO SALES TO CALIFORNIA OR HAWAII -For all guns shipped - buyer must email to Sooner.auction@yahoo.com a copy of the valid, signed, FFL license of the business where guns will be shipped. -All items are sold as-is where-is with no warranty expressed, written, or implied. -The titles and description are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but are not guaranteed. -It is the bidder's responsibilty to examine items before placing any bids, whether it be by picture or in person at auction preview. -By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they have examined the item, and they are satisfied with the condition of that item. -Shipping is available.
