The family has entrusted us to sell this vehicle and pass it on to another lover of Chevelles to be completed. We are honored to be entrusted with this responsibility and appreciate the opportunity. This is a true 1970 Chevelle SS, 396 Vehicle. Many of the original parts were tagged and kept. The vehicle does come with two build sheets. One is loose and the other is attached to the inside of the drivers side door panel and is pictured in the listing. We have matched as much as we can to the build sheet. Some of the main items that have been matched are the engine block, rear end, transmission, manifold, rims, pulleys, carburetor and more. We have included a picture of the number on the motor. It has a TX that matches the build sheet and the last four of the VIN number. The motor was rebuilt by Bob Anthony out of Franklin Ohio. We have talked to him and he verified he built the motor. We have not been able to verify. But, we believe it has a video of it running about four years ago on his youtube page. Bob puts all new parts on his motors when he rebuilds them. If interested he can be reached at 513-727-1126. The decedent kept many of the original parts to this vehicle. We have images of all of the parts that we have for the car. The transmission and rear end also appear to have been rebuilt at some point. We hae no way to verify. But, the appearance and clues are very indicative of rebuilt items. We did not take them apart to verify. In the overall picture it includes four tables of items, What is under the tables, the frame, the body, the hood, the motor, transmission, rear end and more. It does not include the items on the shelves and workbench at the back of the image. We have closeups of all parts that we have. We have matched the parts to the vehicle in terms of build sheet or through an expert consultant we had helping us package the vehicle. The panels and body of the vehicle do have a good deal of rust. We strongly recommend previewing this vehicle if you are interested in bidding on it. All sales are final and you are buying the vehicle as you see it. The wife of the decent has the title and the VIN matches the vin on the car. You are buying what you see in the pictures as you see them! This is a serious project! But, the end result and what comes with this vehicle makes it a very worthy and desirable project!
