Shipping costs include $26 /hr, per lot for transportation from Markesan to W. Yoder Auction in Wautoma. An additional $26 per hour for handling and packaging plus shipping charges, $6 minimum. Most items in this auction are too large to ship. If you don't want your credit card charged you must pay by 5pm on auction day or respond to the Unpaid Invoice Email with specific alternate payment method; does not guarantee alternate payment method will be accepted. The credit card used for bidding registration will be charged the morning of the next business day following the auction unless otherwise specified (respond to Unpaid with method of alternate payment method). If the card does not go through for the full amount owed, WYoder Auction, LLC has the right to charge the registered card a percentage of the balance due. IMMEDIATLEY contact us if an alternative payment method is preferred (i.e. cash, check), payment must then be submitted within three business days. If no payment is made by the third business day, the credit card on file will be charged. Due to prior delinquent payment history, if payment in full is not received by third business day after auction end, WYoder Auction, LLC will increase Buyer's fee to 25% and percentage will be added to invoice balance. Example: auction ends Saturday, payment in full must be received by end of business day, Wednesday. If payment method changed to cash, check or wire transfer, initial online Buyer's Fees remain in effect. When registering a new credit card, it is charged a $1.00 authorization fee. WYoder Auction, LLC does not test items for genuineness. Bidder inspection is encouraged; all descriptions are believed true and accurate but are not guaranteed or warrantied. Pictures are part of the description. Placing a bid signifies bidder has examined the item(s) to their satisfaction or they have chosen not to examine them personally. All items sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with all faults. No implied or express warranties by WYoder Auction, LLC. All sales final. If a Lot is described as, "age unknown" WYoder Auction, LLC does not claim to know it's age, and in the opinion of WYoder Auction, LLC, it may not be old. "Authentic/Original" indicates WYoder Auction, LLC believes the item to be all original; items marked as such are guaranteed to be so. "Not Old" indicates WYoder Auction, LLC does not believe the item is old. "Fantasy Art/Yard Art/Garage Art" deems an original was never produced and is a newer item. Any disagreement between auction company and Buyer will remain in the jurisdiction of Waushara County Circuit Court, Wautoma, Wisconsin.

This is a live auction where you can bid in person at the location, live online, or prebid online for all large items. Small miscellaneous lots will not be cataloged for online bidding.
