By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE AUCTION EVENT ONLY Auction Closing Info: 1ST Lot will close at 6pm on the specified date of the auction. Each lot after, will close between 10-45 seconds depending on the auction. Unless a another bid is placed within the last 30 seconds and will renew for another 60 seconds and so forth until no more bids on that item happen. Online Registration: All Online registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. Payment: Payments will be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express ONLY. NO CASH will be accepted for this Auction. We will charge ALL CC on file at the end of the Auction. If the CC on file does not go through the day of the auction, You will need to contact us prior to Auction pickup to make payment Non Payment: If you do not pay you will be placed on our prohibited list until taken care of. This will also be seen by any and all other Online Auction Site and Auctioneers that use the HiBid platform. So you may or may not be able to bid on any other HiBid Platform auctions until payment is taken care of and bidding restrictions are lifted. Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for Credit Cards NO CASH or Checks for this auction No Sales Tax collected for this auction Winning Bidder Emails: At the conclusion of the auction the winning bidders will receive 2 emails. In these emails you will receive the invoices as stated. Next you will also receive the link to schedule your appointment for pickup; which will have the full address and time slots that are available for this pickup. Please only select 1 slot. Now the 1st email will be an unpaid invoice with the items that you have won. The 2nd will be the paid invoice after the Credit Cards are processed. Or a Payment Declined Email. Bidders are responsible for checking their email account/s, If you do not receive any emails within an hour or so after the auction ended, please check your JUNK or SPAM mail for our Invoices or any other emails. They go there a lot especially for new bidders with us. IF still nothing give us email or call in the morning to see what is wrong. Pickup Location will be in the Winning Bidders Email within the Appointment Scheduled Link.. You must click this link to schedule your appointment and get the address. No appoint, No pickup. If you do not pickup and no other arrangements have been made you will forfeit the payment and items.. Please make sure you schedule or CALL us prior to pickup to see how or what we can do to help.. Pickup for this auction is as stated on the Auction by Appointment ONLY and is ONE DAY only unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. We will be there as long as needed for you to load your items. Shipping Terms : We will only Ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS for Tracking and Insurance reasons. We will up the Insurance based on the items that you won. This is to protect you in case of any issues in transit. We will package the items the best we can but once the item leaves our hands there is nothing we can do. If there are any issues please let us know prior to bidding. These Terms and Condition are binding and will not be changed without prior discussion. We do not send tracking or updated invoices once the shipping is completed Shipping and Handling Charges: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. Any larger items (such as Furniture pieces or larger equipment) will need to be shipped and scheduled by the winning bidder. We will assist the best we can for these items. But it is the Bidders responsibility to contact a mover or shipping company to pick up these items within 7 business days. Anything after may accrue storage charges or may be considered abandoned and disposed of. Normal item/s to be shipped will have a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st Lot and $2.00 for each additional Lot Up to 20.00 per box Max, but WE also MAY NOT charge the full amount of Handling Fees at OUR discretion depending on the item/s. We ship most items Priority Mail with tracking and insurance up to the 50.00 any insurance above that will be an added cost. Larger boxes are now shipped through UPS. We will ship all item/s after the auction pickup date within 5-7 business days. All items that were won from Out of State Bidders will be processed automatically unless discussed prior and any local bidder that has CALLED or EMAILED us to request items to be shipped.. Any other person in the state of OHIO that does not call or email us that does not pickup will be considered forfeited and/or abandoned. Once the items are weighed and packaged we will then process the CC on file a second time for shipping, handling and insurance fees and ship the package the next day the USPS or UPS pickup. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE AUCTION EVENT ONLY Auction Closing Info: 1ST Lot will close at 6pm on the specified date of the auction. Each lot after, will close between 10-45 seconds depending on the auction. Unless a another bid is placed within the last 30 seconds and will renew for another 60 seconds and so forth until no more bids on that item happen. Online Registration: All Online registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. Payment: Payments will be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express ONLY. NO CASH will be accepted for this Auction. We will charge ALL CC on file at the end of the Auction. If the CC on file does not go through the day of the auction, You will need to contact us prior to Auction pickup to make payment Non Payment: If you do not pay you will be placed on our prohibited list until taken care of. This will also be seen by any and all other Online Auction Site and Auctioneers that use the HiBid platform. So you may or may not be able to bid on any other HiBid Platform auctions until payment is taken care of and bidding restrictions are lifted. Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for Credit Cards NO CASH or Checks for this auction No Sales Tax collected for this auction Winning Bidder Emails: At the conclusion of the auction the winning bidders will receive 2 emails. In these emails you will receive the invoices as stated. Next you will also receive the link to schedule your appointment for pickup; which will have the full address and time slots that are available for this pickup. Please only select 1 slot. Now the 1st email will be an unpaid invoice with the items that you have won. The 2nd will be the paid invoice after the Credit Cards are processed. Or a Payment Declined Email. Bidders are responsible for checking their email account/s, If you do not receive any emails within an hour or so after the auction ended, please check your JUNK or SPAM mail for our Invoices or any other emails. They go there a lot especially for new bidders with us. IF still nothing give us email or call in the morning to see what is wrong. Pickup Location will be in the Winning Bidders Email within the Appointment Scheduled Link.. You must click this link to schedule your appointment and get the address. No appoint, No pickup. If you do not pickup and no other arrangements have been made you will forfeit the payment and items.. Please make sure you schedule or CALL us prior to pickup to see how or what we can do to help.. Pickup for this auction is as stated on the Auction by Appointment ONLY and is ONE DAY only unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. We will be there as long as needed for you to load your items. Shipping Terms : We will only Ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS for Tracking and Insurance reasons. We will up the Insurance based on the items that you won. This is to protect you in case of any issues in transit. We will package the items the best we can but once the item leaves our hands there is nothing we can do. If there are any issues please let us know prior to bidding. These Terms and Condition are binding and will not be changed without prior discussion. We do not send tracking or updated invoices once the shipping is completed Shipping and Handling Charges: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. Any larger items (such as Furniture pieces or larger equipment) will need to be shipped and scheduled by the winning bidder. We will assist the best we can for these items. But it is the Bidders responsibility to contact a mover or shipping company to pick up these items within 7 business days. Anything after may accrue storage charges or may be considered abandoned and disposed of. Normal item/s to be shipped will have a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st Lot and $2.00 for each additional Lot Up to 20.00 per box Max, but WE also MAY NOT charge the full amount of Handling Fees at OUR discretion depending on the item/s. We ship most items Priority Mail with tracking and insurance up to the 50.00 any insurance above that will be an added cost. Larger boxes are now shipped through UPS. We will ship all item/s after the auction pickup date within 5-7 business days. All items that were won from Out of State Bidders will be processed automatically unless discussed prior and any local bidder that has CALLED or EMAILED us to request items to be shipped.. Any other person in the state of OHIO that does not call or email us that does not pickup will be considered forfeited and/or abandoned. Once the items are weighed and packaged we will then process the CC on file a second time for shipping, handling and insurance fees and ship the package the next day the USPS or UPS pickup.
