Once consignors (aka: vendors) have turned in their registration contract NO PRIVATE SELLING is permitted until the auctioneer announces the end of the days auction. All purchases are to be paid in full with CASH on the day of the sale & prior to removal from premises. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer with decide the dispute or resell the item. All items are sold "as is - where is". The auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller. The auctioneer is not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in connection with the sale. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items when "sold". Statements made on day of auction take precedence over previously written material.
