The Auciton Firm and /or Auctioneers are licensed by Ohio Department of agriculture and an aggrieved person may initiate claim against the Auction Recovery Fund created in Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code as a result of the licensee's actions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. Cash or good check with photo ID. All bills must be paid in full immediately following the auction.
2. Sales taxes will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items.

REAL ESTATE TERMS: All prospective buyers must register to bid online. A 2% Buyer's Premium will be added to
the high bid price to determine the final contract price. The buyer will be required to execute an Agreement to Purchase
Real Estate and Addendum. A NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of $10,000 is required at the close of auction per each
tract. Purchaser will have 24 hours to sign the documents and have earnest deposit funds to Bonnigson & Associates.
The payment is to be made by cash or check, with balance paid in full at closing within 45 days or sooner of Auction date.
