Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. It is the responsibility of the buyer, of all items, (except firearms), to arrange and pay shipping. Auctioneer is not responsible for shipping of such items. Vehicle titles will be mailed to the winning bidder once funds have cleared. Firearms will be shipped to FFL of your choice, (shipping costs will apply) or can be picked up the day of Auction. It is your responsibility to know and understand the gun laws in your state of residence. Not all items are legal to ship to every state. Federal NICS check will be completed at the time of taking possession of your firearm, and may be subject to additional cost.
