BUYERS PREMIUM: We charge a 13% buyer's premium on all purchases. All Sales are FINAL! BIDDING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the term and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. Schweitzer Auction Service is acting as agents for the seller. All auctions are sold with reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves, if any, will not be disclosed. All final bids are subject to seller's confirmation. Only the top bidder will be contacted to the status of his/her bid. CAUTION: Please note sometimes for demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include credit card, check, wire transfer & cash. Payment must be made at the conclusion of the auction, or at the pickup location. No items can be removed until paid in full. If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. SALES TAX: NE Sales tax will be charged to all NE resident buyers and any out of state buyer that picks up their purchases at our facility. If you buy online and we ship to you out of state, you will NOT be charged sales tax. If you are a NE resident and are exempt from sales tax for resale purposes, please be sure we have a Form 13 on file for you. TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:30pm CDT On Thursday Sept 24, 2020 @ 7:30 PM!. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED. IMPORTANT LOAD OUT INSTRUCTIONS FOR EQUIPMENT: Buyers must provide their own equipment to load items. LOAD OUT: If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. Winning Bidders must pick their items at auction site which is approxinately 4 miles from Utica Nebraska during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Friday Sept 25 -3-7pm Or BY APPOINTMENT. Exact Address will be emailed to you with your invoice. Please contact auctioneers in advance for any added time needed for pickup. Items must be paid for within 24 hrs after the auction regardless of when picked up. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools& moving equipment. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
