In the case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, re-open the auction between the top 2 bidders, and should a tie occur between a left bid and a floor bid, the bid will go to the floor. All won articles are to be picked up on designated dates/times unless explicit alternate arrangements have been made. Articles unclaimed after 1 week may be considered abandoned, and disposed of at the auctioneer's discretion. Terms of Sale Approved payment types include cash, check (upon approval,) and credit/debit cards when available. All sales are subject to Florida Sales Tax unless a current Florida Certificate of Resale is on file or a signed copy is presented on the day of the auction. The buyer agrees to pay a 15% buyers premium (day of sale: 15% BP if paying cash or check) Purchased items are to be paid for, and removed from, the auction site the day of the auction unless announced differently from the block. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items, and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. All sales are final. We have been commissioned to sell to the bare walls the complete contents of this estate home and workshop. A serious German stein collector there are over 250 German steins and cider sets. Plus an additional hundred or more USA made steins. Several pieces of antique furniture display cabinets music cabinet ,bar, mid Century bedroom set, Oak dresser , multi drawer sewing stand, oak dining table and chairs, cottage size china hutch, display cabinet, black forest oversize cuckoo clock, Gingerbread Clarks, assorted American pottery, and vases, glassware, utility furniture, bird cages, patio set, hospital bed, day bed assorted men's and women's clothing and accessories, washer and dryer, freezer, Jim beam decanter car collection, & diecast cars. From the barn: arc welder, rollaround stacking toolbox, assorted hand tools, large display rotating stand with diecast cars, collection vintage tags and horseless carriage tags, boxes of treasures yet to be on opened.
