Kimtantas Estate On-Line Auction 24 Berry Avenue Clarksville, PA From Dry Tavern take Rt. 88 North, cross Ten Mile Creek then turn left and go into Clarksville. Turn right on the Dart Ave, then right on to Berry Ave. The property is on the left. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
This auction will feature items from the Elizabeth M. Kimtantas estate. Mrs. Kimtantas owned and operated the Clarksville Flower Shop several years and enjoyed decorating her home and shop of every season. This will be a large auction with a variety of items from the home, 3 garages and the floral shop. There are over 440 lots to be sold.
Outdoor power equipment - weed eater - lawn mower - lawn chipper/shredder – other lawn and garden items - power tools - hand tools.
Upright freezer - Jaz-y mobility cart - Blow molds of Christmas figures
Costume jewelry - household & related items - small household appliances - several lots of Christmas - other lots seasonal items - several new items still in unopened boxes.
Bidding begins Sunday, September 6th at 7:00 PM, and ends Friday, September 18th beginning at 6:00 PM.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be on Tuesday, September 15th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM
Pick-up will be Saturday, September 19th, from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM. One day pick-up ONLY!
