Bidding Period: Now thru ____Sept 7_____  (Soft Close)

Buyers Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash

Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.

Pickup: day after auction close 10-4Pm.

Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close witll be charged to card on file. (No credit cards for vehicles)

Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee that will be assessed for any credit card that is declined for a purchase. 

Large Invoices:  Auction company, at it's option may elect to charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash or Cashier's Check. 

Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment.  Please bring your own boxes and packing material.

Condition: You are buying As is, Where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.

Shipping:  Nationwide Shipping may be available on some items. We will add $10 Handling fee to any shipping order + the cost of shipping. If you desire shipping, send us a copy of your invoice with a note for shipping request and sign it to amanda@waltcadeauctions.com. We will calculate the shipping charges and charge your card for the shipping. We drop off at a UPS pack and mail and they do all the packing, Shipping and Insurance.

Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close.  No exemptions accepted on pickup day.

Note: Framed Images are wonderful laser prints. Certificates of Authenticity is from CSC Collectables of Roswell Georgia and is registered by them.  This included many of the cards and other autographed items. We also have some Certificates of Authenticity from Platinum Collectables. Each have their own opinion. Many agencies do not recognize either as a valid source of Grading. Walt Cade Auctions advises these items are for your enjoyment and do not warrrant any item to be authentic and will not entertain refunds based on such claims.
