Due to the passing of Jimmy Royston the following will be sold at auction. Several neighbors have also added equipment to this large one-day auction. There is a little bit of everything in this auction so you don’t want to miss. At printing we were still adding items to this auction so keep tabs on our website for pictures and added lots.

13 acres located in the northwestern part of Lamb County. Includes office, several out buildings and barns, water well with underground piping. Land will sell at 12:00 noon with owner given 20 minutes to accept or reject.

Closing on the real estate will be in 30 days or less.  Gin Equipment will be sold first as different lots then offered as a whole the greater is the way it will sell.
