TERMS and CONDITIONS for “ON LINE AUCTIONS” All bidders MUST register in order to participate in the auctions. You will be required to supply the requested information and enter the same when and where prompted. A credit card number will be requested if you decide to bid; however, this card will NOT be used to pay unless you instruct the company to do so. Remember that a bid, once placed, becomes a legal and binding contract between you as the bidder and KDC as the selling agent. Once placed, a bid may not be rescinded. All items are sold “AS IS-WHERE IS” with all faults, if any exist. We do our best to note and point out blemished or broken items as they are listed; however, we are not responsible for unknown faults. You are encouraged to attend the open house provided for your inspection of items. The date and time for inspections will be listed on the auction listing front page. We will charge a “buyer’s premium” equal to 10% of your total purchase; however, we allow a 3% discount if you pay with cash or approved check at the sale site upon picking up your winning bids. Credit and debit cards are acceptable. Please pay attention to the day set for picking up your winning bids. We will have personnel on site to check invoices and to assist in locating your items. Please bring ample physical help, hand trucks, blankets, boxes and any other packing items which you are accustomed to using. Real Estate Sales On Line In the event real estate is purchased on-line, you are strongly encouraged to visit the site and make your own inspections prior to submitting any bid. You may contact KDC for an appointment to meet you on site to allow for home inspection and other investigations you wish to make at your expense. The “buyer’s premium” for real estate is 10% and it is written under a separate contract from personal property. The high bid (when accepted) plus the buyer’s premium add up to the total contract price for real estate. A non-refundable deposit equal to ten percent of the total contract price will be required within 24 hours to hold the winning bid on any real estate
