All vehicles are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION and sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. If we state has keys for car we will list has key. We do not gurantee key. Vehicle Paperwork: A Storage Lien Packet/Certificate will be issued on the vehicle. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invioce. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. All title paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. Paperwork will be ready the following week available for pickup at our main office in Royse City.
