1. A buyer's premium of 13% of the hammer price (plus 5% online bidding fee) shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. A 3% discount is applied if paid with cash or acceptable check. 2. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Bank Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card. We do not accept Paypal. No personal or business checks will be accepted unless there is an establised business relationship with the auctioneer. 3. When bidding at a live auction, complete payment is required on the day of the auction. When bidding absentee, phone or online, full payment must be received no later than ten (10) business days following the auction. After that time, the sale with be deemed null and void and the item becomes the property of the auctioneer. 4. (Live Auction) Paid items must be removed from the auction location following the auction. The auctioneer is not responsible for items left on site, unless other pickup arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. (Online Auction indicated as "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY") Buyer must contact the auctioneer within 36 hours of notification of a winning bid to arrange a date and time for pickup. Appointments missed by more than one hour will be charged $10 to reschedule. The buyer is required to bring a sufficently sized vehicle to fit items along with enough help to carry heavy items. 5. The auctioneer uses a 3rd party "pack & ship" service. Once your payment has been received we will transport your items to our shipper who will contact you with details. The auctioneer assumes no responsibility for merchandise after it is in possession of the shipper. 6.The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. 7. In the event of a tie between on online bidder and a floor bidder, the floor bid will take precedence. The auctioneer's decision will be binding and final. 8. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. 9. Some lots are offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidentail minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold. 10. The auctioneer will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute bid(s). Absentee bids must be in writing and a fifty dollar minimum bid is required per item. 11. All auction inquiries must be received 24 hours prior to the start of the auction. The deadline for email inquiries is 10 pm EST the day prior to the scheduled auction. 12. We have tried to describe each lot as accurately as possible, and we have included descriptive photographs as well. However, we are selling each lot "AS IS" and there will be no returns allowed if you are not satisfied with condition. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of the item before bidding. 13. Your bidding at this auction indicates you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions of Sale. 14. We are not responsible for color discrepancies due to photo reproduction.
