   All sales are made through the Federal Firearms License of Lets Talk Auction Co. All purchasers of firearms (except licensed FFL Dealers) will be required to pass a background check prior to receiving possession of the firearm. Full payment is required before any of the paperwork involved is started. If for any reason the purchaser does not pass the NICS background check, the purchaser will forfeit the earned commission amount on the failed transaction from their purchase price paid. There will be a $10.00 processing fee for each firearm to complete final purchase. Please bring a trigger lock or gun case for each gun that you purchase, if you do not have a lock or case you can purchase one from us. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase long guns or ammo, 21 years of age or older to purchase hand guns. Purchase permit or dealer's license is not required, the ATF requires all FFL dealers in the state of MI to run a NICS background check on any individual, even if they do possess a valid CPL Muzzleloaders do not require a background check..
