Seller is offering 60 acres of incredible farm land in Antrim County's Banks Twp. The offering includes a nearly 100 year old home, 40x240 storage building and steel sided pole equipment shed. Area is widely known for abundance and quality of whitetail deer and upland birds. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 60 acres currently seperated in two parcels. Parcel 1 is just over 59 acres and has a home, equipment shed, two wells and a septic. Parcel 2 is just under 1 acre and consists of a 40'x240' commercial building suitable for storage, or commercial use. Parcel 1 will be offered in multiple tracts. One tract will contain the home and barn, while other tracts will offer the majority of the acreage, or smaller home sites. Our proposed splits are currently under consideration from the township and will be formally announced soon. AUCTION DESCRIPTION: The auction will begin at 10am with personal property. At 12n the auction of personal property will be placed on hold while the real estate is offered. Multiple parcel auctions consist of multiple rounds of bidding. In the first round of bidding, bidders will bid on each parcel separately. The winning bidder of those parcels will be recorded. The second round of bidding consists of combinations of parcels from round 1. Bid amounts for combinations of parcels must exceed the total bid amount of individual parcel bids. Successful bidders from round 1 can split up combinations by increasing the bid on their parcel. Only the winning bidder from the first round may bid on single parcels. Bidding will continue between combinations, and single parcels until all bidding is exhausted.
