We are fairly easy to get along with and we outline our terms very clearly so there's no reason for any confusion. It makes Hulk angry when you start negotiating additional terms after winning lots in one of our auctions. Here's a few greatest hits: We will not ship via non-trackable "tape it to the back of a pigeon" methods for expensive items. We assume you want everything to arrive safely and in one piece, and so do we. This is, unfortunately, sometimes expensive, but we are not in charge of UPS and USPS shipping rates. We have no hidden "per lot" fees and we will always do our best to find the cheapest way to deliver your items reliably. We have heard from a lot of Canadian bidders asking us to avoid shipping with UPS due to some problems it causes. You got it! We will always go with USPS First Class or Priority International when shipping to Canada. If you bid on this rules “lot”, we will charge your card for it (and possibly send you a printout of the stop sign clip art).
