1.  There is only curb side pickup, and Payment, this is perfered to be done day of auction or Monday between 10am-2pm, if you enter building to make payment Face Mask are Required.

2.  It is preferred that payment be made on charge cards  and payment must be made in full by end of auction.

3. We can not see bidding from Watch Party groups.

4. It is preferred that you pre-reregister for auction by calling 518-563-9190 Starting at  9am

5. When bidding use your number and then your bid, ie  32-$6

6. You will have minimum 30 seconds from last viewed bid on our facebook screen to items closes.  There seems to be a time lag , that’s why we give 30 seconds.,
