PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: No shipping available on this auction. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Friday, August 14th from 2:00 - 400 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. We are honored to be selling the following items for the late Steve Watkins of rural Kearney, NE. Steve was a real handyman, even building his own house, and had all the tools to do it. This auction features a 2018 John Deere Tractor w/only 22 hours, 2018 Dump Trailer, several vehicles, and a large amount of tools and shop equipment.
