It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Payment All items must be paid for in full on Pick Up Day. Payment methods Cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover from buyer only. We reserve the right to charge the card on file. All invoices will be sent out showing a 10% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Invoices in excess of $500 must be paid via Wire Transfer if items are to be shipped. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate, but you are still responsible for your bids. We do not have alternate days.

This is an online only auction to liquidate a coin and jewelry collection from a local estate. All items sell as is as found, any items sold as gold or Sterling will have the hallmarks and or be acid tested Shipping will be available via USPS Priority with insurance, which will be billed seperately via PayPal. Due to the high nature of Fraud in Gold and Silver online auctions, any shipped orders over $500 will need to be paid via wire transfer. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 PM on Tuesday August 4th with pick up Tuesday August 6th from 3 pm til 6 pm. There is a 10% Buyers Premium added to all sales to offset the cost of online auctions. None of the jewelry is stored at the shop, it is at a secondary location
