Bidder must present a valid driver's license. 2 .Upon winning online bid, the bidder will be sent an invoice for the total amount due and will then come in and pay cash and pick up vehicle. Keys will be issued once the vehicle is paid in full. Payment in full may be made with Cash/Cashier's Check/Money Order - NO CREDIT CARDS OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME FOR PAYMENT!! 3. The bidders information will be used to prepare the title. 4. In the event you would like the title written in someone else's name, they must present their valid drivers license day of Auction with a $25 fee. 5. Once the title work has been processed there is a $100.00 fee to have it changed. Please provide the auction house with the correct buyers name, address and info, to avoid this fee! 6. ALL RED LIGHT CARS are sold 'AS IS' and all sales are final!!! Auction company neglecting any details about the vehicle does not agree to any refunds or arbitrations. I understand that this agreement and all rights of the parties there-under, shall be governed by the laws of the County of Knox, State of Tennessee and any action brought by either party shall be brought in the Courts of the State of Tennessee. In the event, that for any reason, the forum is deemed to be sufficiently inconvenient or the agreement on the forum selection is unenforceable it is still the intention of the parties that the Laws of the State of Tennessee govern the parties agreement and their rights attended thereto. 12. Vehicles purchased from Powell Auction are eligible for temporary plates from the TN Division of Motor Vehicles. There is a $7.50 charge for the 30 day temp tag. 13. The descriptions listed and pictures displayed in the online catalog for each vehicle are a guide and a tool for the buyer/bidder and ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE.
