Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large machines. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal. Firearms: The sale & transfer of firearms will follow federal, state, & local laws. Handgun buyers are required to present the proper transfer forms and ccw/cpl license where applicable. Out-of-state firearms buyers are required to transfer any purchases through a current FFL holder in their state of residence. No refunds will be given in the event that a firearm buyer fails to pass a NICS / background check. Familiarize yourself with the current firearms laws before bidding.
