TERMS OF SALE All items must be paid for in full within 48 hours of winning bid. Everything is sold "as is" with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall solely rely on their inspection and information. Bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. When you become the winning bidder you have created a contract and will be expected to pay for the items. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel are in the best interest of the client. Collusion will not be tolerated. It is unlawful to agree not to bid against another buyer, punishable by fines and imprisonment. 10% Buyers premium on all items. Purchaser will pay legal state sales tax unless exemption requirements are met. Payments may be made on site with cash or card. Credit cards accepted with a 3% convenience fee. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged after 48 hours unless other payment arrangments have been made prior. Loading is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item appears heavy, it is highly advised to bring help. We do our best to "guard" the items, once the items are won by the bidder they are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer assumes all liability of items won for any kind of potential personal injuries or damages. Buyer agrees to pick up items in a timely manner or their items will be auctioned off again unless prior arrangements are made and agreed upon. If shipping or delivery arrangements are made the buyer is responsible for paying for all shipping fees and handling. Once the item is shipped it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure proper delivery. Items containing reserves that have not been met will be up to the discretion of the seller whether they will accept the highest bid or not. We are not responsible for any technical issues, we reserve the right to rerun the sell for any reason at our discretion. We take pride in providing great items to our customers. We do our best to ensure any items that may have damage or a malfunction is further clarified in the pictures OR the descriptions. We work hard to ensure each item works as it should.
