The properties are described as #1160 Windham Road 13, Simcoe, Ontario. N3Y 4K6, WDM CON 13 PT LOT 10 REG. Roll # 491-026-08000-0000 and WDM CON 13 PT LOT 9 REG. Roll # 491-026-09000-0000 both located in Norfolk County, shall be sold as is, where is, subject to minimal reserve bid. 2. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. In any case of dispute between bidders, the property shall be immediately put up for auction again. No person shall retract his/her bid. 3. The purchaser, at the time of sale, shall pay a deposit of $50,000.00 dollars of the amount of the purchase money, and the sale shall be completed within 30 days when the balance of said purchase money shall be paid unless previous arrangements have been made.
