Bidding on any item indicates the bidder's acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
1. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.
2.All property being sold is "AS IS".
3. Lots will be paid for in full by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Cash/Check upon pickup.
4.Buyer's Premium is 10%
5. All items that are purchased by online bidders must be paid for in full within 3 business days of the auction. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Consignment Connection Auction Company reserves the right to hold all purchases until checks or credit card transactions have cleared to the satisfaction of the Auction Company. All items must be paid for before being picked up. If payment has not been collected within 3 days of the auction, credit cards will automatically be Charged. Auction Company is not responsible for items not picked up during given time noted. Items will be forfeited and discarded.
6. If declared the winning bidder, you have entered a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. In the event of any failure of the Buyer to comply with fair practice, such as stop payment with maintaining of lots purchased for thereof criminal action will be taken.
9. All items are described to best of knowledge.
10. The auctioneers and owners are not responsible for the correct description of any lot or for the genuineness or authenticity of the property comprising the same or for any defects therein, and they also make no warranty or representation connection therewith. No sale will be set aside nor will any liability be assumed on account of any incorrectness in description, error in cataloging imperfection not noted in the catalog or made orally. All goods will be exposed for public exhibition and will be sold "as is" and without recourse and no deduction will be made for damaged articles.

Motorcycle-Gear-& Ammo Auction will end with a soft close Thursday July 30th @ 6: 00 p.m. Auction consists of a very nice, clean, garage kept 2014 Honda CTX with less than 2000 miles, custom Corbin dual seat with driver/passenger seatbacks, Motorcycle Helmets, Riding Jackets, (including some women's), and some motorcycle accessories.
