Bidders must register online prior to bidding. Any bid received through the online bidding platform is deemed as a contract, and, if the bid is the winning bid, then the bidder/buyer agrees to purchase the item for the amount bid. Auctioneer is not responsible for failures or glitches in the online bidding platform. All items are sold “as is, where is.” Every Effort has been made to assure accuracy of printed material with no guarantee to authenticity. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or guarantees. There is a 10% Buyers Premium added to all winning bids. Cash or good check paid at pickup or credit card prior to shipment. Shipping costs will be paid by the winning bidder. There is a minimum of $5 for every item shipped. Larger/heavier items will incur higher shipping costs. All items shipped are insured. Auctioneer must be notified of shipping requests within 24 hours of the auction closing. Preview time is Wednesday, July 15th 5-7pm, or by appointment. Pickup times are Friday July 17th 9am-noon, 1pm-6pm, Monday July 20th 5-7pm. All items not paid for, picked up, or requested for shipping within these specified times will be considered abandoned. Auctioneer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the pickup/shipping process.
