Consignment Connection Auction Company reserves the right to hold all purchases until checks or credit card transactions have cleared to the satisfaction of the Auction Company. All items must be paid for before being picked up. If payment has not been collected within 3 days of the auction, credit cards will automatically be Charged. Auction Company is not responsible for items not picked up during given time noted. Items will be forfieted and discarted. 6. If declared the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. In the event of any failure of the Buyer to comply with fair practice, such as stop payment with maintaining of lots purchased for thereof criminal action will be taken. 9. All items are described to best of knowledge. 10. The auctioneers and owners are not responsible for the correct description of any lot or for the genuineness or authenticity of the property comprising the same or for any defects therein, and they also make no warranty or representation connection therewith.
