NOTE: Social distancing recommendations will be in effect.  Most of the auction will be held outdoors, and bidders will be asked to maintain a 6’ distance between each other.  Hand sanitizer will be available. Please do not attend the auction if you have reason to believe that you may be sick.  

Update 8/12:  More photos added.  Large furniture is still in the house, and will be sold in place from a catalog outside at 5 PM.  Masks will be required in the house when previewing furniture.  Bring you own help to remove furniture from the house and load.  We will not have staff available to help.  Road parking only....no parking for vehicles on the auction property.
