Terms: Exact Cash only (no change will be given), Check, Visa & MasterCard on purchases to be picked up. 14% Buyer’s Premium on all items sold (4% discount will be given if payment is made by cash or good check).

NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED PRIOR TO AUCTION END. ALL INVOICE WILL REMAIN UNPAID. AT PICKUP, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF US CHARGING THE CARD ON FILE, PAYING CASH OR PAYING WITH CHECK.

Registration: All buyers must provide all information needed to register including a valid credit card number. Please Note: the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. We will confirm all information is entered correctly prior accepting your bids.

Payment: Exact Cash only (no change will be given), Check, Visa & MasterCard on purchases to be picked up. 14% Buyer’s Premium on all items sold (4% discount will be given if payment is made by cash or good check).

Preview: Parrott Auction Crew Members / representatives will be at the auction location located at 306 W. Grand Prairie, Palestine, IL 62451 to administer preview on Monday July 13th from 4 to 6 PM Central, (the “Preview Date”).

Removal / Load Out: Parrott Auction Crew Members / representatives will be at the auction location located at 306 W. Grand Prairie, Palestine, IL 62451 to administer pickup on Friday July 17th, from 2PM to 6PM Central, (the “Removal Dates”). No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser’s invoice has been paid in full.

Firearms: ALL applicable transactions will be completed by local FFL. All firearms rules & regulations will be properly followed per local, state & federal guidelines. This will include 72 hour wait period on all firearms. Pellet / BB guns may require background check as well. Sacky's Firearm Sales to handle the transactions. Firearm pickup will be from their shop location, 22728 E. State HWY 33, Willow Hill, IL 62480, Telephone: 618-843-7225. Buyer(s) will pay auction invoice through auction company. Buyer(s) to pay Sacky's Firearm Sales directly for any and all fees associated with the transfer of the firearm(s).

Please Note: If items are not picked up during that time-frame, immediately following the last pickup day, we will automatically charge your credit card on file a cost of $25. If items remain after 7 days after that, the buyer will forfeit the rights to said items and Parrott Real Estate & Auction Co., LLC and or seller will then have full authority on what the next step will be (i.e. removal of items).

This will strictly be enforced as non-removal of items is becoming an issue.

Shipping: If shipping is desired on smaller items, please make a note when registering as we can immediately sort items for shipment at auctions end to expedite the shipping process. All shipping costs, insurance, and signature on delivery will be paid for by the buyer. Buyer will also be charged a small handling fee of $10 per shipment unless the items require a pallet.
