We reserve the right to charge the card on file. All invoices will be sent out showing a 10% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate, but you are still responsible for your bids. We do not have alternate days. This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in Arnold, Mo. We have been liquidating collectibles from this home since March and the family has sold the home so we are liquidating the balance of the larger items. All items sell as as found, with no attempt to improve in any way. This home has / had a substantial basement leak and many items may have a musty / musky scent so please bid accordingly if you are sensitive. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 pm on Sunday July 12, 2020 with 1 lot closing every 12 seconds. Pick up is only from noon til 6 on Tuesday July 14, there is a 10% Buyers Premium to offset the fees associated with online auctions.
