·         At the conclusion of the auction Haley Auctions and Realty will send invoices to the same e-mail address that was used for registration with APRO.bid. If you do not receive the invoice, check your spam folder or contact us at 270-726-2900.

·         Payment must be received in US funds within 48 hours of auction completion. Payments will be accepted in our office between the hours of 9:00 AM – 4:00PM.  If you are unable to pay in the office, you must contact our office to make other payment arrangements within 24 hours.

·         Payments are to be made to Haley Auctions and Realty.

·         There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the final bid to determine the overall sales price.

·         6% KY Sales Tax will be added to all items unless Buyer furnishes a signed exemption.

·         Acceptable forms of payment are cash, business or personal check, cashiers check, wire transfer, or credit card. There will be a $20 wire transfer fee included in final price for all wire transfer payments. There will be a 4% convenience fee on all credit card payments.

·         No item will be released for pick up until payment has cleared. Checks will take up to seven days to clear.

·         Buyer is responsible for pickup and/or transportation of items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping.                  Pick Up Days are July 28^th-29^th from 8am to 4pm unless prior arrangements have been made with Auctioneer, Will Gregory. Any items not picked up by June 29^th 2020 may be subject to storage fees ($10 per day). Items left after 10 days will be resold and no refund will be given.

Terms & Conditions: The Sale Committee reserves the right to refuse any consignment. Absolutely no junk consignments please! By making a bid, Bidder accepts Terms & Conditions and will be bound by them. Buyers not known to the Sale Management must have bank letter of guarantee.  10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine total sales price. Credit cards will be accepted with a 4% convenience fee added to the total. 6% KY Sales Tax will apply unless proper Dealer tax number or exemption forms are provided. Settlement to consignors will be mailed within 14 business days. All items are sold “as is, where is”, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Inspection of property before bidding is strongly encouraged. To inspect items, contact Will Gregory. Bidders are responsible for inspection of items and will not be issued a refund for any reason.
