Expo Auctions are considered a reserve auction sale since we have a starting bid of five dollars ($ 5.00). Our sales are normally divided into two parts. Part 1: Box Lot Sale Approximately 2 hours. and Part2: Main Sale normally 400 hundred individual items. Terms of sale are cash, check and / or credit cards. We honor VISA and Master Card only. Checks over five hundred dollars must be accompanied by bank letter. There is a 5 % buyer’s premium. There is a 3% charge for credit card use. Items purchased must be removed within seven days. Sale tax will be collected at .675 %, vendor’s license will be honored and no tax will be charge to qualified vendor. Auction house has the right to pull any item from the sale; we are not responsible for accidents on the property. The auction house and auctioneers are license and bounded in favor of the State of Ohio. This consignment auction house advises all customers items are sold "AS IS" no guarantees and / or providence for items to be sold.

At the first light in Burbank you will turn LEFT on to E. Middle Street, and continue to the end of Burbank limits – straight ahead on to County Rd. 70 to Friendsville Rd. (1.9 Miles) –turn LEFT.
