TERMS – Everything is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. Payment “IN FULL” is required at time of sale. CASH & CHECKS are accepted for payment. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS are accepted as payment, however a convenience fee (percentage based on type of card used) will be charged when you use a card for payment. There is no “BUYER’S PREMIUM”, or additional fees for onsite bidders.
SALES TAX - Effective February 1, 2020 sales tax will be charged on all auction items (except for titled vehicles and trailers) unless you provide a copy of your valid and current Qualifying Tax Exempt (Form E-595E) at time registration. A copy of the E-595E form is available below under the red "MAPS & BROCHURES" button. You will be required to present a completed copy of the form at time of Auction Registration if you would like for your purchases to be "Tax Exempt" for this auction.

After the untimely death of the owner of this well respected large metal fabrication company, the family has contracted with us to liquidate the machinery, equipment, vehicles, and inventory of Babco, Inc. This is very nice, well maintained, late model equipment and machinery. This auction will be conducted on location at the facility on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 starting at 10:00am.
